01Who is responsible
This policy explains how [legal entity name] ("Toaa", "we") handles information when you use the website and app at [your domain]. Contact: [contact email].
02What we do not collect
- No names, emails, phone numbers or identity documents.
- No passwords, private keys or seed phrases. We never ask for them.
- No user accounts, and no Toaa server that stores your activity.
- No advertising trackers.
03What stays in your browser
The app saves a few items in your browser's local storage so it works the way you left it. They never leave your device unless you copy them yourself:
| Item | Why |
|---|---|
| Last wallet used | Reconnects your wallet quietly on your next visit. |
| Risk acknowledgement | So you only tick it once. |
| Transactions made in the app | Shows your activity and tracked profit in Portfolio. Stored per wallet address. |
You can delete all of it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings. Disconnecting your wallet in the app also forgets the saved wallet.
04Your wallet address and the blockchain
When you connect a wallet, the app reads your public address to show balances and positions. Transactions you sign are recorded publicly and permanently on Robinhood Chain. Anyone can see them on a block explorer, and neither we nor anyone else can delete them. That is how public blockchains work.
05Third parties your browser talks to
To show live data and send transactions, your browser connects directly to these kinds of services. Like any website request, they can see your IP address and the request made, under their own privacy policies:
- Blockchain RPC providers, to read balances and confirm transactions on Robinhood Chain. Your wallet address is included in these requests.
- Vault and yield data providers, for APY, TVL and history. These requests do not include your wallet address.
- Your wallet software, such as MetaMask or Rabby.
- Font and script delivery networks, which load the site's fonts and animation libraries.
- Hosting provider, which may keep standard server logs such as IP address and pages requested: [hosting provider].
Links to the block explorer, bridge or social media take you to sites with their own policies.
06Analytics
Toaa does not currently use analytics or cookies. If we add privacy-friendly analytics in future, we will update this page first.
07Your rights
Because we do not hold personal data on our own servers, there is usually nothing for us to access, correct or delete. Data in your browser is under your control (see section 03). Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR. For any request or question, contact [contact email].
08Children
Toaa is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly serve them.
09Changes
We may update this policy as the product changes. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
