01Who we are
These Terms govern your use of the website and web application at [your domain] (the "Interface"), operated by [legal entity name] ("Toaa", "we", "us"). "You" means the person or entity using the Interface.
02What the Interface is
The Interface is a free, non-custodial software tool that displays public blockchain data and helps you create transactions with third-party smart contracts ("Vaults") on Robinhood Chain. Kepler, the ranking feature, scores Vaults with a published formula.
- We never take custody of your digital assets and cannot access, move, freeze or recover them.
- We do not operate, control, audit or guarantee the Vaults, their curators, the USDG stablecoin, Robinhood Chain, or any other third-party protocol.
- Every transaction is created and signed by you, in your own wallet, and is final once confirmed on-chain.
03Eligibility
You may use the Interface only if:
- you are at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract;
- you are not a resident of, located in, or organised in any jurisdiction where using the Interface or the Vaults is prohibited, including [restricted jurisdictions];
- you are not on any sanctions list, and not acting on behalf of anyone who is;
- your use complies with all laws and regulations that apply to you, including tax laws.
We may restrict access from certain locations at any time.
04No advice
Nothing on the Interface is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. APY figures, Kepler scores, rankings, "Kepler pick" labels and insights are informational, based on third-party data that may be delayed or wrong, and are not a promise of future returns. You are solely responsible for your decisions. Consider speaking to a licensed professional.
05Risks you accept
Using decentralised finance carries significant risk, and you may lose some or all of your funds. These risks include, without limitation:
- bugs, exploits or failures in Vault, lending or token smart contracts;
- curator decisions, bad debt and liquidations in underlying lending markets;
- limited liquidity that delays or prevents withdrawals;
- loss of the USDG dollar peg;
- network congestion, outages, forks or changes to Robinhood Chain;
- changes to rewards programmes, fees or APY;
- loss or compromise of your wallet, keys or device;
- regulatory action affecting digital assets or DeFi.
You confirm that you understand these risks and use the Interface at your own risk.
06Your responsibilities
- Keep your wallet, private keys and seed phrase secure. We will never ask for them.
- Check every transaction in your wallet before you sign it.
- Do not use the Interface for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attack any smart contract or user.
- Do not copy, scrape or resell the Interface in a way that breaks these Terms or the law.
07Fees
Toaa currently charges no fee for using the Interface. Vaults may charge their own fees, such as a performance fee on yield, and you pay all network (gas) fees. We may introduce fees in future with prior notice on the Interface.
08Third-party services
The Interface relies on and links to third-party services, including wallets, blockchain RPC providers, data providers, the block explorer and bridges. We are not responsible for their content, availability, security or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
09Intellectual property
The Toaa name, logo, design, text and code of the Interface belong to us or our licensors. You may use the Interface for its intended purpose, but you may not use our branding without written permission.
10No warranty
The Interface is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Interface will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that data shown is accurate or current.
11Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Toaa and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of funds, profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Interface, the Vaults or any third-party service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed [USD 100].
12Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Toaa harmless from any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your use of the Interface.
13Changes and termination
We may change, suspend or discontinue the Interface, or update these Terms, at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Interface after a change means you accept the new Terms. Because Toaa is non-custodial, you can always access your Vault positions directly on-chain, even if the Interface is unavailable.
14Governing law and disputes
